Meaning: This mural is more than an unveiling of beautiful art. It is a recognition of a community; for a community with preserveance of honoring our belonging. In 1972 it began, today their are over 300 recongintions with youth scholarships. MAHFSA is an institution of representation and identity, Professor Mark Ocegueda wrote a book and I painted a mural to share and be represented in our Sacramento history existence.
