What is ARTgrove? ARTgrove is a series of open air creative art events that are coming to the Elk Grove community. The first “Happy Birthday Friday!” of four total events will happen at District 56 on July 10, 2021.
We are inviting the City of Elk Grove and the surrounding region to kickoff the first ARTgrove visual experience.
Artists, creatives, entertainers coming together for the first of it’s kind event in Elk Grove.
